Terms of Service
Last updated November 5, 2026
By using SoloQuote (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What the Service does
SoloQuote provides calculators and an estimate generator to help service businesses estimate costs, prices and profit and create estimate documents. Results are estimates based entirely on the information and assumptions you enter.
2. Not professional advice
The Service does not provide financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. Default values (such as hourly rates, prices per square foot and multipliers) are examples only and are not market rates or recommendations. Sales tax rules vary by state and locality; you are responsible for determining whether and how much tax applies. You are solely responsible for the prices you quote and the business decisions you make.
3. Your content
You own the content you enter, including business details, customer information and estimates. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store and use your customers’ information. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the Service for you.
4. Accounts
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Data stored only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data; please keep backups (for example, using CSV export).
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other users’ data, or use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent, including creating misleading estimates.
6. Paid plans
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, pricing and billing terms will be shown before you buy, and features that are free today on this site will be clearly labeled if they change.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloQuote will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, for free use, is $0).
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change or discontinue features. We’ll post updates here. You may stop using the Service at any time.
